Amidst Covid-19 scare, your safety is our priority

The Coronavirus is currently keeping the entire globe busy, and the media is reporting a lot about it. It’s an unusual situation that affects life as we know it, both society and the economy alike We at Savincom are committed and prepared to support you during this time of uncertainty with the same level of high-quality services as you are used to.

As many of you are coping with similar issues at the moment, we would like to give you an update on how we at Savincom have prepared for the global pandemic.

To fulfill our social responsibility as a company and to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus as much as possible (to provide protection especially for risk groups), we decided to roll out our disaster preparedness and business continuity plans. 

We have put the following measures in place starting March 18th: 

  • All Savincom employees are working remotely from home.
  • We remain fully operational. 
  • All internal and meetings of Savincom are being shifted to virtual meetings. 
  • All business meetings with customers, partner meetings and training will be held virtually as well.
  • It is businesses as usual. Our Sales and Support staff will be working remotely from 9am to 5:30pm.
  • We are maintaining the same level of service that you are used to in normal times.
